Cam's passion for strength and conditioning comes from his trampolining background where he represented New Zealand several times, including the youth Olympics back in 2007. These experiences and other sporting aspirations have taught Cam the fundamentals and importance of breaking barriers, setting goals and celebrating the small wins along the way.

Jodie is our strength and conditioning coach here at Antics. Jodie is passionate about helping others unlock their potential by understanding their self-worth through building habits and a positive mindset. She prides herself on creating a positive inclusive community within her classes and PT sessions.
